I have built a few homes and Custom Island Homes have been the best builders by far. You get a clear estimate with all of the costs broken down line by line. They were on time and budget with the build out. Anytime you build a custom home there are always going to be situations that arise. When this happened they were dealt with professionally and quickly. There is always a construction manager on site with the subcontractors to monitor and facilitate the build out. We now have our beautiful dream home and I would highly recommend CIH to anyone who wants a well built custom home.

The Custom Island Homes team is just AMAZING. Les sets the tone and his team; Brent and Jon run an efficient job site. The attention to detail is amazing, the communication consistent and the workmanship supreme. They are reliable, resourceful and talented. This is my second time working with CIH and I highly recommend them, in fact I have to many friends and they are working on a job in Montauk now and the owner is very pleased. I can not say enough about how pleased I am that I went with CIH again. Can't wait to enjoy my renovated home this summer.

When Les and Custom Island Homes built our house a few years ago, we were impressed with the commitment, dedication, and professionalism he and his crew displayed. Not only did the project come in on-time, but actually a bit under expected cost! Changes in the original plan were quickly incorporated, and suggestions for improvements were always right on target. In addition, any post construction issues (popping nail heads, minor settling problems) were immediately dealt with by Les himself. Les continues to be our go-to-guy with any remodeling or repair issues. We highly recommend Custom Island Homes for any project you may have.

Les and his team at Custom Island Homes are professional, courteous, and their workmanship is of the highest quality. We've worked with them on a number of upgrades to our home, most recently a new deck that has really made our home much more enjoyable. I highly recommend them.

Undergoing a renovation is nerve racking in itself....But Custom Island homes made the experience enjoyable and most of all very professional. I am so happy with the outcome of the project! Everything was within the time frame promised and most of all they responded with care to detail.

Les and his crew are among the finest general contractors to work with. They are at the forefront of using the newest technology to bid, to survey construction for quality control, to schedule work efficiently and to deliver a high quality residence. As a subcontractor, this means a great deal for me, as their supervisors are organized and confident decision makers.
